Read the question portion of the question first (usually the last sentence) for anything longer than a couple of sentences, especially scenario-based questions. This makes you much more accurate and efficient with absorbing important information as you read 2. Get rid of the two "least correct" answer options first, even if they are partially correct. Then use important words in the question to choose the final "most correct" answer.
